In early August Cathy and I attended a workshop conducted by Chris Dodds. Chris had identified a tiny island in the Gulf of St. Lawrence that is home to a large colony of nesting Atlantic Puffins as well as other birds. We spent 3 1/2 days photographing these plump ballistic missles as they brought food back to their chicks.
