FINE ART PRINTS

Our Fine Art prints are created using state-of-the-art K3 Ultrachrome pigment inks on professional semi-gloss paper. We have found that this combination produces deep blacks and fully saturated colors. Each image is individually printed and inspected by Cathy and I to assure the highest quality. Studies have shown that these types of prints will last for 85 years or more without noticeable fading.

Most of the images in our galleries have the same aspect ratio as a 35mm negative. However, as Eugene Smith observed, not all images are compatible with that ratio. Thus some of our images are cropped in different ways. However, all of our images are printed on 16x20 inch sheets of premium semi-gloss photo paper with a 2 ½ inch border on the longest dimension as shown above. For a typical image, this translates to a 10x15 inch image size. The print, as received, is ready for matting or can be displayed directly in a 16x20 inch frame.

Ordering is easy. Simply select the image(s) you desire and add them to your shopping cart. You may pay by check or credit card. Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail.

Receipt of your purchase will usually take about a week but could take a couple of weeks if Cathy and I are on one of our photographic journeys. We appreciate your knowing that a fine, handcrafted image can take time to produce.

If your any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us by email and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
